We're looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor who enjoys building relationships, coordinating service work, and being part of a team that keeps essential equipment operating at its best.

What You'll Do

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key connection between our customers and service team. Every day brings a new challenge as you help coordinate repairs, maintenance, and equipment support that keeps our customers productive.

You will:

  • Be the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates and ensuring an exceptional service experience.

  • Work closely with technicians to coordinate repairs, maintenance, and inspections on a wide range of equipment.

  • Create and manage work orders, quotes, and invoices from start to finish.

  • Help customers identify maintenance needs and recommend service solutions that maximize equipment uptime.

  • Schedule and dispatch field service technicians to customer sites.

  • Coordinate parts, freight, warranty claims, and planned maintenance activities.

  • Monitor job progress and ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule.

  • Use scheduling and GPS tools to optimize technician routes and workload.

  • Maintain accurate service records and support continuous improvement within the service department.


What You'll Bring

  • Experience in scheduling, dispatching, service coordination, or a related customer service role.

  • A genuine interest in equipment, mechanical operations, or the trades.

  • Strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Confidence working with computer systems, Microsoft Office, and service management software.

  • A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.

  • A willingness to learn and grow as part of a collaborative team.
